Refund policy

We want you to love your pieces from Vintaras. Every item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. The following policy applies to all purchases.


Final Sale & Return Eligibility

To ensure product integrity and hygiene standards, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Earrings (hygiene-sensitive)

  • Hair accessories

  • Items marked as discounted, clearance, or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

All other products may be eligible for return if the item is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Undamaged

  • In its original packaging/box

  • Items must not show any signs of wear, perfume scent, makeup transfer, or alteration.

Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Customers must contact Vintaras and receive written return authorization before sending any item back.

Refund Options:

  • Refund to original payment method: return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If an order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Vintaras will be deducted from the refund.

  • Store credit: no return shipping deduction - full amount credited.

Vintaras reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, or that do not meet the above return conditions.

Vintaras is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent without tracking.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. Returns sent to the shipping address on the package without authorization will not be accepted.

Vintaras monitors return activity and reserves the right to refuse service to customers exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior.

To request a return authorization, please contact us at info.vintaras@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once received, we will review your claim. If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted only at our discretion.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:

1. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to confirm the delivery location and status.

2. File a missing package claim with the carrier if necessary.

Because delivery is handled by third-party carriers, Vintaras is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but cannot be located.

If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
Replacements for in-transit losses may be issued at our discretion, after confirmation from the carrier and/or our fulfillment partner.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.


Processing Time for Approved Claims

Approved replacements or credits are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.


Important Notes

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

All promotional, sale, and discounted items — including the Holiday Sale — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
