Shipping policy

At Vintaras, every piece is made and packaged with care. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as new launches, holidays, or restocks.

Shipping Time

Our pieces are fulfilled by our trusted international partners to ensure quality and consistency. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. While most orders arrive sooner, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors outside our control such as customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. 

Delays and Liability

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, we’ll be happy to assist and help you resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Held or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is held at a local post office or designated pickup location (including “Held at Customer Request” or delivery exceptions), it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange pickup or redelivery directly with the carrier. If a package is not claimed and is returned to Vintaras, we reserve the right to reship the order (additional shipping fees will apply).

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered or available for pickup by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. Vintaras is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after this point. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
